As winter approaches, you may notice that the edges of some floor mats appear curled when unpacked. This is typically caused by compression during stocking, especially in colder temperatures. Don’t worry—it’s a temporary issue that will resolve itself within a few days.
To speed up the process, you can try one of these quick fixes:
- Use a heat gun or hair dryer to warm the edges. Keep the heat at a distance, and 140°F is sufficient.
- Pour hot water over the curled areas to soften them. Then allow the mats to rest flat.
