2) RETURN POLICY
Return Window: 14 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all original labels and tags attached.
Photos are a must:
- Photos of the floor mats. If there’s a defect or fitment issue, please include photos. A video can be helpful if the pictures don't fully capture the issue. If there’s no issue, we just need to confirm that the mats are unused.
- Photos of the package labels. This helps us confirm that the warehouse sent you the correct item.
