Return Policy

Contact Us First:
Before returning any item, please contact our customer service at sale@orealauto.com with the following information and a photo of the floor mat. We’ll reply to your email with further instructions.

Please provide a detailed description of the issue with the custom-fit floor liner.

Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the item’s ship date.

Condition of Items:

  • Items must be returned in unused condition with all original labels and tags attached.
  • Provide photos or videos of the item before returning it for us to confirm its condition.
  • Items not in as-new, unused condition may be refused.

Refunds and Restocking Fees:

  • If a return is requested due to defects, fitment issues, or other warranty-related issues, OREALAUTO will bear the return cost. Check warranty terms for more details.
  • For returns due to customer reasons (e.g., dislike, no longer needed, delayed delivery), the customer will pay return shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee.

Processing Refunds:
After inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund. Allow 3 days for your refund to be processed to your original form of payment or as store credit.

Order Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at sale@orealauto.com. We will assist you with the exchange process. For exchanges covered under warranty, OREALAUTO will cover the shipping costs. For all other exchanges, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 

Note:

1.Please contact us before you ship the item back, as we do not accept returns without notice in advance.
2.For all return package, please send us tracking number so that we could track it and refund or offer replacement as soon as possible.
