1. Defects in Workmanship and Materials:

OREALAUTO guarantees that our custom-fit floor liners are free from defects in workmanship and materials. If you discover a defect, we will promptly replace the floor mat at no cost. If a replacement is not available, we reserve the right to refund the purchase price at our discretion.


2. Fitment Guarantee:

If the custom-fit floor mat does not fit your vehicle as described in the product page, product list, or communication over email or phone, please notify us. Provide detailed information about the make, model, and year of your vehicle. We will promptly arrange an exchange or refund at our cost to ensure your complete satisfaction.


3. Consumer Responsibility:

OREALAUTO is not responsible for consumer abuse, misuse, or mishandling, wears and tears. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, chemical contamination or any unauthorized modifications to the floor liners. It is important to use the product as intended for optimal performance.


4. Warranty Duration:

This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Claims made after the one-year period will not be eligible for coverage. All the replacement and shipp


5. Replacement and Shipping:

All replacements will be sent via standard shipping, which takes approximately one week unless specified otherwise. If a refund is deemed necessary, we will refund the product price and the standard shipping fee. Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded.
