OREALAUTO guarantees that our custom-fit floor liners are free from defects in workmanship and materials. If you discover a defect, we will promptly replace the floor mat at no cost. If a replacement is not available, we reserve the right to refund the purchase price at our discretion.

Provide detailed information about the make, model, and year of your vehicle. We will promptly arrange an exchange or refund at our cost to ensure your complete satisfaction.3. In addition to the above warranty terms, OREALAUTO offers a one-time free exchange if your custom-fit floor mats crack, tear, or rip under normal use conditions within one year from the date of purchase. This guarantee covers one free exchange per order, and it extends from the order date to one year later.
