Refunds & Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return&Refund

If you want to return an order, please do not send the item back to us before obtaining a reference number and related return instructions from one of our customer service agents (sale@orealauto.com). In the event of an arranged collection, a collection charge will be arranged beforehand which will then be deducted from your refund. Please note that we will not be held accountable for any additional charges that are a result of any failed collection attempts.

 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the item’s ship date. 

Items must be returned in unused condition, with all original labels and/or tags attached. And please take some photos or videos of the whole item before return to us and let us confirm the status of the item. (If items are returned without all original labels and/or tags, you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Items not returned in as-new, unused condition may be refused.)

We will provide a full refund (or a replacement), only for unused items in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a full refund of the purchase price if the product is not returned in new or unused condition.

Please allow one to three days for your refund to be processed to your original form of payment or store credit only.

 

 

If it’s the customer’s own reasons (for example, don’t like, no longer need, wait too long), the shipping costs of return will be all paid by the customer and charge an additional 30% restock fee.

If it’s the product itself reasons (for example, quality, size), please contact us (sale@orealauto.com) before return and then provide some product’s photos or installation photos to let us confirm this issue, and we could bear the return shipping cost according to the situation.

In case a customer is asking to cancel an order (before the product is shipped), no fee will be deducted from the total amount of the order due to a cancellation fee.

 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us (sale@orealauto.com) so that we could contact you directly to request payment for the additional cost. Please note, in this case, all customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

1.Please contact us before you request a refund & return & exchange, as we do not accept returns without notice in advance.

2.For all return package, please send us tracking number so that we could track it and refund or offer replacement for you in time.
